Penis Enlargement Myths

One of the most popular myths that is absolutely untrue and is no doubt meant to enforce a specific behavior is that masturbation causes blindness. In 1760 the Swiss doctor Samuel-Auguste Tisson claimed that his studies proved that masturbation can cause numerous medical conditions among which weakness, reduction of memory, nervous disorders, blurred vision, headaches, loss of appetite, weakening of the sex organs, etc. It is not necessary to mention that modern men know perfectly if this claim is right or not.

Another myth that is as widespread as the above-mentioned one is that if a man doesn’t have sex for a long period of time, his penis and testicles will shrink. But the truth is that the size of the penis or the testicles is not related to the frequency of sexual intercourses.

Myths are results of lack of knowledge combined with deduction, intuition or invention. Myths have been created from ancient times and their main purpose is to fill gaps in knowledge and sometimes in morals.

Another very popular myth is that the size of the penis is related to the size of other body parts, and especially the hands or the feet. However, there is absolutely no scientific proof of this claim. Studies conducted throughout the years show that is a weak relation between the size of the penis and the size of the feet.
